In addition to being a benchmark to the country’s sustainable corporate ventures, Rochaverá has become a world reference urban icon. It consists of a complex of buildings with bold architecture and in harmony with a metropolis like the city of São Paulo.
Located in the Morumbi region, in the city of São Paulo, it is a triple-A commercial complex, featuring four towers, built in three phases. Its towers are characterized by inclined glass faces, resulting in larger slab areas on upper floors. The venture was one of the first in Brazil to achieve a Gold category LEED certification.Localizado na região do Morumbi, na cidade de São Paulo, é um complexo comercial triple A, com quatro torres, construídas em três fases. As torres são caracterizadas por fachadas com faces de vidro inclinadas, que resultam em áreas de lajes maiores nos pavimentos superiores, totalizando 248.747 m² de área construída. O Rochaverá foi um dos primeiros empreendimentos do Brasil a conquistar a certificação LEED, categoria Gold.
