The building of a national Olympics dream
The two buildings: MPC (Main Press Center) and IBC (International Broadcasting Center), have been designed for housing the 2016 Olympic Games Media Center during the event in Rio and were latter launched as Corporate Venues. Both buildings feature Silver LEED Certification.
The MPC building consists of a foundation with two underground floors, Ground Floor, Mezzanine, Parking Building 1, Common use floor, and a 17-floor tower, totalizing 78,449.68m². The IBC Offices has two underground floors, and a five-floor tower, encompassing 23,094.70m².
